To be honest, when Bart returns and sees that Shadow is in more play-mode than anything, he's almost relieved. A playful lion-teen is a lot less likely to accidentally eviscerate anyone. Still, it's not exactly his best performance.

"Watch the guns, Shadow," he calls, as one of the gangsters decides the black monster needs to be taken out, too. He tackles the guy, sending the spray of bullets wide, followed with a slam that leaves him out cold for the time being.

"And don't tell me you don't enjoy being able to let loose," Bart adds to the guy who sent out the call.
