Calling Team...Queen [OTA]

Hey, everyone. I'm sorry if I worried anyone. I'm safe in the hospital. The docs say that I had a concussion and a sprained wrist, but other than that, everything's okay. I'm still trying to catch up from almost being exploded, so let me run through the facts.

1. Time is screwed up. I know this because of Tommy.
2. Gideon. Doesn't she/it belong to uhh... [Well. Can't exactly say that you know who the Legends are, now, can you?]
3. Anyone know how we're supposed to get home, yet?

[There's a long sigh on her end.] I got blown up. I think. It's a long story. Who is this?

You sound pretty good for someone who got blown up.

Did they give you any cybernetic parts? Best check for that.

No cybernetic parts. Just a little fuzziness and a headache and a dead...uhh...never mind.

So, are you from this universe or from somewhere else? Primal Earth?

Uhh, I'm not entirely sure which 'this universe' is. It's not where I was when I passed out? That was an island.

They call it Earth 1.

Doesn't sound like you're from where I am unless the island you were on was one of the rogue isles.

No. I think I'll call it's the Devil's Island. Earth 1, huh? Who's 'they'?

Uuh, there's a bunch people here. Like the archer guy and Felicity.

Oh, those 'they'.

Also, how are you feeling, what's the last thing you remember and we need to talk.

[Thea's voice is both slightly relieved and chiding.]

I'm not Ollie, Felicity. Concussion, remember? One thing at a time, please. Room number. [There's a slight hesitation as she asks one of the nurses.] 215.

[There is a smile in her voice. Honestly though, just hearing Thea up and about again, even though she'd just woken up a few days ago in Felicity's reality, is enough to cause that smile.]

Sorry, just a lot to process. Even without having a concussion.

Even as she's saying those words, she's already rounding the corner of the floor that Thea's room is on. Heading down the hallway and knocking on her door before poking her head into the room.

"Hey, open for visitors?" Even if she isn't, Felicity isn't leaving.

"No," Thea teased, the smile belying her words. "Go away."

She pretended to close her eyes again, but that was too much of a temptation, so instead she opened them and blinked at Felicity. "I'd have thought I was hallucinating if I hadn't actually touched Tommy's hand." Tommy. Alive and well. It was enough to make her heart break all over again. She still wasn't quite sure what to say to him. He was her brother. She'd had a crush on him. It wasn't something she thought she'd ever have to reconcile.

"What's going on?"

She can't help but snort at the reply as she comes into the room anyway. First things first, a huge hug is in order. She leans down and pulls Thea into one. Tight and warm. After what happened on the island, it always causes a swell of happiness to see the other woman with her eyes open and talking to people.

"Ray and I think it might be some kind of pocket dimension or something. It keeps pulling people in from all different times and places." That's all they know about this place. Not that she hasn't been trying.

Hugs. Yes, all the hugs were needed. Especially when she wasn't sure whether she wanted the answer of who had - or, more importantly, hadn't - survived the island. That was even if Felicity could give her the answers. Pocket dimensions and different times? If that was true, who knew when Felicity was from. Or even if it was her Felicity. Memories of Laurel would forever haunt her.

"So that's what you meant. Well, the last thing I remember is an explosion. On Lian Yu, may the island burn in hell." So maybe she was a little bitter.

She gestured at her face with the hand that wasn't bandaged. "I landed on a sidewalk face-first."

She pulls back enough to assess the damage. As bad as it is, they've had worse, and at least Thea's conscious. Even with the slight distance, Felicity takes hold of the other girl's good hand, squeezing it lightly and not letting go.

She catches the bitterness in Thea's tone, not that it wasn't in her words too. It was sitting there and screaming to for someone to notice it. She couldn't blame her either. That place was a reoccurring nightmare for everyone at this point, but mostly for Oliver.

"I've got a few months after that's worth of memories." Her eyes flick to Thea's, debating how much Thea needs to know. Should she tell her about the coma, about Samantha, about William living with Oliver? Should she tell her about the FBI arresting Oliver?

"Don't do that," Thea said immediately. "Whatever you have to tell me, I can handle."

Even if that wasn't true, even if she found out the worst, she'd rather know than wonder. The most valuable thing, she'd learned, was the truth. She'd been on both sides, the one hiding the truth and the one it was hidden from and she thought that if she'd had some truths earlier, she'd be a different person.

She did squeeze Felicity's hand. She might be able to handle it, even if it killed her, but she didn't want to find out that someone she loved was hurt. Or worse.

She lets out a long breath. It's not that she wants to keep secrets. In fact, she wants nothing more then not to keep them. At least these secrets. And it's killing her to do it. Having someone on the same page, someone from Star, she needs it.

How does she even say it though? Samantha died, and you were in a coma for months, and Oliver is being indited, and Oliver here is from three years ago, and Sara doesn't want anyone to tell him anything, and I honestly don't know what to do. Yeah, that is the entirely wrong way to go about this. Entirely.

She takes another breath before deciding on her answer. "It might be better if you just ask what you want to know."

Did you get hurt somewhere around here or before you got here?

After. I think.

What's the last thing you remember, Thea?

Ray. I've heard time is screwy and you're here. Why am I not surprised? How bad is it?

[Sounds like what happened over the summer. And okay, sure, it is their fault, but is it really?]

Bad enough that we're not sure what to do yet.

Right. Well, when you figure out if or how I'm going to pay for this hospital room, let me know, okay? Meanwhile, I'll be busy growling at the nurses for keeping me awake.

Don't worry about that. I'll take care of it. [That at least he can do something about.
